There is so much more to all of this than just the rifling and rate of twist, you have brass prep, oal of cartridge some barrels like a jump of up to 40 thousands, some like to be kissing the lands, a semi auto rifle is not the best choice to shoot 1 hole groups but some will do it , my point is that there is a whole plethora of things that make up a accurate rifle including the shooter, and even more so the trigger... all have a impact on accuracy... I learned experimenting with a Ruger Number 1 action 1 shell at a time trying all different lenghts and oal's powders ,primers, case's. it is a lifelong quest with no one certain answer.... but it is a lot pof fun so enjoy.

Ditto a cold clean bore shot in my rifles is always off after 1 or 2 fouling shots she is right as rain so as habit I clean and de copper since I shoot a lot of barnes bullets the go out in the yard and shoot two fouling shots into the bank and lock her up it is ready to go....

I had one for the wife and she put 5 000 rounds through that planet of the apes looking gun and it never had a hicup... hard to beat for a throw it in your boat gun or under the seat gun.... you guys hate to much yeah it is cheap but it is not light..... :)

I agree, I have killed over 25 elk with a 270 and WSM is not necessary and the ammo is expensive and it will end up in the safe or closet hardly ever shot... the 1911 is always fun to shoot and you may start to like it I sold all my glocks in 45 and only have 1911's and one polomar pistal a xds in yep 45.... keep the 45!!!

Salt water fish are not effected by warm water like fresh water fish..... bass in warm water can get mushy or soft the trick is catch and fillet right then and do not let water touch the meat pat any blood or moisture off with paper towels and put into a ziplock and press the air out then put on ice ,cover with ice....

My last Suppressor was 8 months 10 days from start to finish I think it is going to get faster.....

This is my thought as well , if you get a metal mag and it does the same thing try lifting the lips of the mag just a tiny bit at a time to see if it changes the angle required to feed the round..
