I have that rifle brother it's super nice. love the 5Rs! I had it bedded to about an inch in front of therecoil lug and it really started to shoot well. Was running 220 SMKs, but I'm switching over to the 230 Berger target hybrid. It's a whole 1 bc better then the Sierras(.629) Berger (.749) might not be exact but it's close best I could do with out the boxes. Do it brother!

I was gonna ask roger if they had them back instock . Also I talked to him about a long action version they where working on long time ago. I like this DBM a lot!

I agree for some reason I just can get excited about the 300BLK, but then again I haven't shot a 8in barreled one slinging 220 SMKs either! Would be a fun rifle and handy in either chambering.

Yeah I hear ya I'd never send my rifles to Big R. I know some of my LEO friends sent there rifles in and they where back in a week but only because it was a LEO. My luck I wouldn't see them till next year. I love the flat trigger on my Geissele I had in my 308 but it was screwing me up when I'd switch from it to my 300WM R700 so I moved it over to my SPR. Threw a Geissele DMR In the 308. I prefer the flat trigger still I will be ordering two of theses when money allows. My X-Mark is set a 2lbs and not happy with it. Compared to some of the other triggers I have pulled.

Thanks you 98 and Robo for looking out and for the info. I measured it this morning it's GTG. I'll get rid of the one part to be on the safe side. When the barrel comes ill remeasure to double check and go from there. Thanks again.

Don't think you can go wrong with either IMO. They both shoot lights out in a gas gun or bolt. I believe the 6.5 is just a tad shorter case. If your talking about necking down a Grendel case then we are talking AR 15 platform. I know GA Gap 10 can be had in a 6creedmore so it's been done already. I haven't been around a 6 gas gun but the bolt guns in the 6 creedmore I was truly impressed with. Such is why I hope to be building a 6 gasser this winter! If you want a 6 cal in the larger frame run a 243 or 6creed IMO. other wise ya can't go wrong with the 6.5 or 260 either.

Have you considered the 6creedmore with is nothing but 6.5 brass necked down. I do believe GA Precision is having brass made up as well and can purchase it from them. Im planing a 6creedmore build for this winter with a fast twist barrel to run the 105 Berger.
