Well I don't think you forgot any. I remember years ago there were a bunch of oil additives that were supposed to do miricles.....slick 50 being one of them. Used to watch a commercial where to oil was drained and the motor kept running. I know one thing there is no shortage of ideas as where ever you go on the firearm forums this is talked about. Lots of great stuff out there now to find a cheap one that works as well. I think synthetic oil is synthetic oil regardless of brand. I know when I change my oil I always have a little left that I put in a small container. Works for me.

Going on 4 months for a 762x39 pistol upper from Model one sales. Two months for several magazine orders from ASC. Ordered some BX25 mags for ruger 10/22 months ago, forgot where I ordered them from. They never charged my card and never sent the mags. I'm afraid I'll get about 20 packages at once in the middle of summer.

Have my share of 22's and just ordered a Chipiwa Ar 22 upper. Always had a Ceineir bolt for my Colt but never shot it. Have several custom 10/22s, one in 17 mach2...wish they'd do up a 17hmr. Have one of the amt stainless folding stock lightenings and also the amt long barrel pistol. I also bought a Remy 597 with bull barrel and laminated stock. Shoots well. Now where is all that 22 ammo gone!

Have several orders at ASC mags for a couple of months on a couple and only received one order.. Saw one of the other orders with a charge pending but it never went through. It is like going on a constant scavanger hunt, I actually get wood when I order something and it gets shipped.

Yeah but I heard they are taking their stock and selling it at gun shows for more money before they fill their orders. If it is true that suks.

Been waiting since Dec for a Model 1 Sales 762x39 pistol upper, have some lr 308 mags that are taking a little too long to get here also. Don't really care if any of it arrives since I have some mags for the LR308 and I bought a Krink Pistol. Just got an email from AIM saying the 545x39 upper I was interested in became available, went to the site and sold out again.

I got into airguns bad about 2 years ago and grabbed a bunch. I get sick when I think of all the black guns I could have bought with that dough. I even had a 50 cal airgun, bought the scuba tanks for filling and all that. Ok back to the gouging....everything I've bought lately I paid too much for. I try to not get gouged too bad, found mags and ammo here and there. Paid $50 for 20 round LR308 mags but only bought a couple from Fulton, rest were not too high. Lucked out on other mags, found some 762x39 ammo I had salted away with $2.99 price tags on them. I did buy a Krink I paid too much for but not as bad as some on GB. I had pretty much all I ever needed before this crazyness hit. Some of the stuff I bought in the last 2 years I could not afford right now. I do have enough high powered airgun stuff to keep things interesting. The Korean stuff is very powerful for what it is, especially the 9mm.

I remember some years ago I went to six flags on the bike with my wife. I fget all the way to the gate and they want to confisgate my leatherman. I was parked in east buttf__k and I walked it all the way back to my bike and locked it up in the tool pouch. That was like 20 years ago and I never went back there. I still won't fly due to all the BS they put people through.

I dread this ever happening. Usually I have a good assortment of goodies when I head to the range. Never pack light. I used to go through Ma also but gave up all my carry permits (RI, Ma, Maine) due to too much BS and health reasons. Ma is a bad place to get pulled over with an arsenal in the back. I usually don't have mags loaded and ammo is seperate and everything is in cases. I never speed while packed and try to be careful. Murphys Law says things usually go from bad to worse very quickley for no reason. I'm an older guy so I usually don't get profiled and I drive a boring suv, no NRA stickers or beware the owner.

Nice rifles here is mine, it's a long one. Without having it in front of me I don't have the model number handy. OK I checked ...it is a 1905 Carl Gustov all matching numbers.

I should have got the 4x4 308 instead of the 3006. The 06 has a nasty kick. I'm not a wuss either. Have a TCR single in 300 win mag that doesn't kick as bad.

Try Cabelas, were reasonable and shipped fast, also try ASC mags in CT. They are reasonable but still waiting for mine. Fulton Armory has them but are expensive ( $50) each. I don't think the Ar10 will exchange with the DPMS. Good luck.

I bought one of those Mossberg 4x4's when they came out. Marinecoat, syn stock, 30-06. Damn what a shoulder thumper. Nobody wanted to shoot it twice. Had a hard time zeroing in the scope. Took about six months of sending emails before Mossberg would sell me a laminated stock. Cost me $150 but it looks great should add some weight to the rifle. Still haven't shot it after 8 months or so. Still have the memories of it thumping real hard. I have a TCR in 300 win mag that isn't as bad and a 12 ga slug barrel that shoots 3" that isn't as bad. as that 4x4 was. I'll get ambitious when it warms up. Just too many others I'd rather shoot. Should have bought it in 308. I have a nice Ruger Xl77 Bull barrel laminated stock in 308 probably the reason I didn't buy the 4x4 in 308. Now that one is real nice but very heavy. Bolt feels like it is on ball bearings and the trigger is sweet as it came from the factory.

Made 30 last Nov. and it is my 2nd and last. First did nothing but bitch about the toys, 2nd never once.

Right on Tuson. If I don't buy another gun related product I should be OK for my duration (old fk). Early Dec I went shooting with my buddy and he let me shoot his PAP M92 pistol. It was pretty cool so I started cruising GB looking for one. Before X-mas I found one at SOG for $600. I put my order in on the website. Two days later I told my buddy and he called them and ordered two for himself. I was notified about 3 days later that my order would have a $100 price increase. My buddies had already been shipped to him at the advertised price. I called them and some witch said there was nothing she could do. I told her the story still nothing. I told her to cancel my order and to never expect another order from me or my friends. Gun Broker seems to be the haven for all this nonsense. I see many items not making the reserve lately and hope things are on the downswing. It has been insanity. I can't believer there is this much extra money out there. It's like trying to get a super bowl ticket today! I seriously hope people remember, it is bad enough fighting the anti's without fighting each other.

Great thread, Ok I'm an old fart but my mind is still 20. I shoot everything, high power airguns, powderburners, and BP...like my hand-cannons. My name gives away my other hobby, guitar player collector. Don't know if I have more guns or guitars run out of room a while ago. I still ride my Honda 1800 VTX ( the wife made me sell the V-maxs 85 & 89. I got back into RC Planes mostly electric a few years ago after a long abstinence, it's right up there with shooting.
