I hope you are a reloader so you can customize your loads !
You may have to tinker with bolt carrier weight , buffer weight , buffer springs and gas port diameter size. Have fun and good luck !
I color code my magwells and magazines with plastic tape :
6.8spc= blue
9mm= red
300wsm= yellow
270wsm=green
40s&w=white
Will still need to get more colored tape when the 300blk , 7..62x39 , 10mm auto come into play.
OK this is the one thts less than 4 miles from my house. I been wanting to check it out so now I have to.
Got to get another lower. Support my local businesses. Spending my money in the hood !
Like the right side mag release button !
I don't have one in front of me BUT... the one in the picture is the old (orignal)highrail upper. It is 9/16" high and comes on the round handguard setup. The New low profile 7/16" rail height upper is the one which is adapable to the dpms quad rail which is being sold now. The old rail is good for a scope rings so use it for that. When you upgrade get the low profile upper and matching height quad rail that you desire. Sorry if that is not what you want to hear but that is why many people sell the old dpms upper.
JGUN,
My 300wsm and 270wsm work !
Modified PMags hold 8-10 rounds.
Upper has to be modified, bolt also.
Talk to Tom he has shot it. Look for my old theads.
Worked on the 1-10 twist pistol barrel today. Roughed the ends and the barrel extension area is readyt to be threaded , the muzzle is roughed and ready to be threaded with 5/8"by 24 for a comp or brake. Will profile the barrel to .936 and less.
From the data that I have read th "Sweet Spot" length is 9.5 inches for a 1 ~ 8 " twist barrel.
I want to try a 1~10" twist barrel for light weight projectols like 90 to 100 grain bullets, seen no data for this there might be a market for it.
The reason the 300 aac blk is so high is a supply/demand thing.
Dude before 3 weeks ago I had never seen an intacted Crisanthnun on a Arisake. Saw 4 receivers and now 3 complete rifles. My dads old war trophy was scared with a buttstock.
