Does anyone have access to a bushnell elite tactical 6-24 x 50 scope? ET6245 I am machining a scope mount based off a SPUHR cantilever design and I need clearance between scope and mount. I cant seem to find the outside diameter of the eyepiece? I found 1.540 some where but cant say for sure. I have all the other relavent dimensions. I guess thats what i get for not having the scope in hand. Figured with all the rifles here somebody must have one in the safe. thanks

1750 here also, You definaltey could be buried in the dam thing as stated above. If you are any good with a CAD system or have a friend thats good at it some of these companies will custom cut your geometry right in the foam in any location you want. May be fairly easy if using common parts on your rifle as they may already have that layout. I need to order some more foam for my case but havent yet....... $50-$75 yikes.

Being as how were "still on topic" If you were to build a concrete bunker in the basement how would you control humidity inside the vault? drill a hole and run the dehumidifier drain hose out the wall? A golden rod? I suppose you could put a small vent in the wall with out comprimising security too much. Does anybody own a room like this? Lets see some pics.
