  1. thats the CQC-15 I had to grind like .010 off the inside of the slot in the blade, but its definitely do-able.
  2. Picked up another Emerson around Christmas and have been carrying it everyday, I really like this one so far. Of course I took emersons idea and made my own thumb button from a REAL 45 case, can you believe they wanted like $75 for a fake 45 thumb button with no primer lol

  4. You could gently stone the face of your receiver to just barely remove the anodizing and help your nut lock up where you need it. Torque specs are a guideline, but it all comes down to lining up that gas tube. Not sure if this helps but this is direct from their site. - Removal of flash suppressor - Removal of front sight post/gas block - Removal of delta ring - Installation of the barrel nut. Please note that when screwing in the barrel nut, we recommend approximately 35 pounds of torque. The barrel nut is made of aluminum and over-torqueing may result in damage to the barrel nut. - If you are installing a low profile gas block, the installation of the low profile gas block - Screw in the jam nut, Screw in the free float quad rail. Secure with the set screw. - Replace the front sight post/gas block, if necessary - Replace the flash suppressor For a good tutorial on a free float quad rail installation, we recommend viewing NicTaylor00’s outstanding free float installation videos on Youtube: Part 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wk0e9LA1wqM Part 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxylroMyQ2A

  20. Keep it simple, pull a spark plug and lay it on a metal part of the block to ground it, crank and see it there is spark. Go from there. Check for fuel pressure and injectors firing. You can also get codes from the old OBD systems using a paperclip. Check to see if your timing belt is still intact before you do any cranking!
  21. I timed or clocked this brake for a fellow brother here on the forum, no crush washers here! Always liked the machine work on JP 's brakes. Was also impressed with the looks of the Criterion barrel Chasefan9 purchased, he will have to tell us how it shoots. Okay onto the porn...
