  2. Pretty much complete.. only thing that may change is the grip, the wife hasn't decided on anything final yet so there is a 1911 adapter with wood panels for now. Got everything back and assembled and went to the range to make sure it cycled fine ran great but I haven't cleaned it yet. Ive maxed out a load with 180gr over 12.1gr of AA#7 lately Ive been running 180gr projectiles over 8.2gr of power pistol. I really need to get a chronograph.... anyway here are some pics. Oh yeah, the end of the serial number has been blurred out so it may look funny.

  8. I was able to get to the air and space mueseum in Chantilly, VA last year and saw a blackbird up close for the first time in my life! I grew up with books and models and stories, My father was in the air force and lived on beale (*sp) af base in CA before I was born, he woked on the sr there and in okinawa so I grew up a a fascination for that plane I was so glad I was able to see one up close.

  18. I would like to see an M60 chrome plated. that would look sweet.
  19. Just a guess here, but how well do the gas rings seal in the carrier bore? maybe not getting enough of a seal to really blow that carrier all the way back consistently?
  20. this method has never failed me yet. BUT, you would have to set up a fairly small drill in a press and thats assuming the pin is only case hardened. Of course yo dont have to get as fancy as thie pic shows but you get the idea. I ususally just drill though the broken pin and drip some thick way oil in there and just use a sharp blow on the center pin. You could use the ass end of the drill you used to put the hole in as a "pin"
  21. Feckin A man! Just blew us all out of the water, nice.
