What are some of your favorite types and or styles of shooting bags? other than an OD sock with beach sand. Front, rear all around. Im trying to improve my shooting by learning to shoot off a bag, Ive been searching around here and havent been able to find much other than "range bags" Ive been playing around making a couple different shapes for a rear bag filled with some poly beads. So far so good but would like to hear some thoughts from the more experienced shooters here. I think being able to shoot utilizing different methods is good practice.

I tend to be the same way. If not every other trip. I like to keep an eye out for any signs of a problem or excessive wear.

Welcome aboard. As stated you have a great list of parts. Be sure to get the PRS stock for AR10/SR25. NOT AR15! The cheek weld will not clear your charging handle otherwise.

That summit is "just" a drill press. Those south bends look like they are in great shape! Remember jumping the pulleys for those deep cuts when the belt started to stretch? haha Im happy to see lots of money and effort going into educating the next generation. The industry overall is lacking and this is an awesome way to combat that situation !

Yep, Ron williams is the guy to see. I went to him for the 10mm barrel because I wanted a gas operated bolt. Ive put together a couple CNC guns lowers for a friend that take grease gun mags and the look pretty nice. NOT my pic but just to show the lower.

Been carrying mine in a crossbreed minituk at about 4- 4:30 with a decent foward cant. put some speed sights and a pearce mag extension on it at christmas but now need to address the grip.

Yeah I've been looking at those for my xds. Buddy just put them on a shield and I liked them. Not really looking fora softer grip just more aggressive with sweaty or wet hands. That grip tape would be nice but like 98 said your shirt would be snagging on it all the time. How does it feel against bare skin sketch?
