Thanks for the heads-up. We had a funky, steady, medium rain for about 36 hours but not once did it flood where I'm at. Downtown Houston had sewers back up and was literally a world of S @#T but I think that is the Lord's vengeance for Houston having elected a freak lesbian mayor. LOL

It's still raining here in the San Jacinto area but where I'm at it hasn't flooded (yet). It's been a steady light to medium rain since about 1:00 PM yesterday but we have not flooded. Only a slight wind the whole time and nothing else. Most likely will last like this thru the day until tomorrow. Won't see any range time anytime soon. I'm sure they're all flooded.

I've got some of their .223 ammo but have not fired it yet. I don't think I have any of the 7.62 from them. I haven't heard a whole lot of sensational stuff about them but then again I haven't really heard that much about them anyways. I'll take some to the range next trip and see what happens.

Mine came in with no problems. Shipping was fast and everything was there.

One thing I just noticed from reading the comments on the brass offered in Amazon is the seller warns that some of the brass may be "dented" in the middle and this is typical from cartridges being fired from an AK47. I don't know if using dented casings is a good idea for this caliber in an AR platform (?). Seems I had enough trouble with feeding until I found the right mags finally.

I haven't started reloading anything yet but that time is coming. It appears that reloadable 7.62x39 brass is slowly getting more popular and this getting cheaper than it used to be, if it was available. True, the steel cases are cheaper ammo but back in the time of madness in 2012 ALL the 7.62x39 disappeared off the shelves here and was gone for a while. That's quite an accomplishment for the 4th. largest city in the nation. I've been buying both steel and brass but when I accumulate enough brass cases I don't see why I shouldn't reload 7.62x39 too when I start reloading everything else. Who knows ... maybe this caliber is little more accurate our of an AR platform weapon than an AK?

While it is known that I am extremely biased in favor of this great American company, I suggest going with their DEF-10. It's the exact same gun except it takes the PMAGS (LR-308 based). Price range is the same also. Check out ImpactGuns. Then again .... I guess if you have a B-series rifle the B-series carbine makes a great addition to the collection.

In my area they are FAR better than FedEx. Most employees at my local FedEx think packages are basketballs and they often lie about making an attempt to deliver when signatures are required. Cannot stand to have anything delivered by those clowns.
