I sure am glad you put this one out there. Just got one out the door for $65.87 total which is probably more than 1/2 price off. I probably never would've discovered this one until long after it was too late. Thanks again !!! <thumbsup> Now the more I think about it the better I like this. I can use a clamp-on front sight block on the 20" upper I am going to build and have a better selection of who's gas black to buy and will have a much smoother upper for mounting of the scope I want to buy. Won't have to drill the barrel for a gas block that should work great. Happy as all get-out here. :banana:

The A2 carry handle for my .308 build came in today along with the Ergo vice block I ordered. Surprised it showed up today as I wasn't expecting it until Tuesday.

One of my partners at works has one. He loves it and shoots it all the time.

I decided to build the carbine first then later when I decide on a better barrel I'll do another upper in 20". I forgot I had previously bought an upper receiver about a year ago. Found it when going thru the parts bin and a light bulb went on. Got several parts due in Tuesday. I'll post up when they get here and I sort everything out.

Handguard cap, barrel nut, .308 barrel nut and wrench, gas tube pins, extended A2 front sight posts, sight post wrench.
