Just did some LC 5.56 (500 pieces) supposed to be once fired but can’t verify that. Surprised at the variation in length of the brass. Those are nice machine centers the 2 of you have for prep work. 👍
Friend bought this awhile back 500 S&W says we need to go shooting. I feel the pain already on that short barrel. I may need to workout to hold that thing down.

And it never stops, 6yrs later and there’s more information out there than ever.
Start the physical therapy today, we’ll see how that goes for the knee. Been 3 weeks since it all happened. Steroid shot helped but not a fix. Did get out and walk doing some shooting (with brace on) Sunday and Saturday for that matter. To many hours at work slows the recovery but still get in the walking when at work.
I completely know the sound/feel of the crunchy, snap, pop.
This thread needs a bump.
@98Z5V these vids are awesome!
Saturday I took g19x out to practice, low left, low left, low left, God Dam It. (Right handed) I’ll have to see if more finger is part of the answer.
So made up some reloads for this rifle and loaded up the work wagon and went down the road to some state land.
Yes it was raining and the humidity was high for this area but, a good morning none the less.
I tried 2 powders Varget and Benchmark under 69gr smk hpbt. I heard benchmark was versatile and wanted to try it. In the end I’ll try these 2 and see what happens. 36yds and no red dot adjustments from first sighting in session. NT means neck tuned/turned.
I’m at about 80 rounds through this barrel, oil patch pulled through after every 5 round group.
Hope you all had a great weekend and a good week ahead.
That’s a nice setup for fighting fire brother.
Only 97° up north of you Friday, supposed to get cloudy I hope there’s no lightning in it. Have had some smoke haze but not that bad at all yet this year.
