Damn, my bad, I just re-read and noticed you guys were talking about the AR-15 PRS. Mine is the AR-10 stock.

Huh, ok. Maybe my PRS is an older model, but when I draw the charging handle all the way back it stops short of the cheek piece, but it's close.

Now I'm curious. I have the PRS on my LAR-308 and don't remember any clearance issues..?

Shooting at 50' in my back yard. The longest range inside the fence is 70', should be good for practice anyway. <thumbsup>

Bought a Matthews today from an archery store. Got the Venture model. I was there for quite a while while the guy set it up with the sight, stabilizer, quiver, rest, etc. Then I did some shooting and last last three shots at 20 yards were inside of 3" of each other. It's so smooth, can't wait to kill some pigs.

I'm thinking about going to Bass Pro tomorrow and getting a compound bow. I've got some opportunities to bow hunt deer this fall with some friends. I haven't shot a bow since I was in high school, so I'm not sure what to expect when I start picking out equipment. I know that I will be getting measured for proper pull length, and I will shoot a few different bows in their indoor range to find the right one for me. Any advice is welcomed... <thumbsup>

Had some travel to Missouri last week so I got about 40% through this book. I am thoroughly enjoying it so far.

I bought this on my kindle account and downloaded on my iPad, read about the first 20% on my flight up here to Missouri. Great reading so far!

I have a bunch (dozen or so) of mags loaded in a few different rifle cases, plus a bunch (dozen or so) of thirty and twenty rounders loaded and sitting in a backpack. Then I've got a few dozen more mags empty. I've got about 20 magpul pmags still in the wrappers.

I'm pretty well set as I am, no need to buy anything.
