Ok, now I get it. I actually like the difference. I mounted the thick on the thumb side (left) and thin on the finger (right) side. There is minimal disturbance to the shooting finger when the thin lever passes into fire mode. The right-side lever makes it much easier to bring the rifle safe, for me anyway. I'm very happy with this setup. Hopefully I will range test it soon, but I walked around the house an went back and forth between safe and fire many times. Very cool! <thumbsup> <thumbsup>

Don't feel bad. My POF has been range ready for months and I have no excuse whatsoever for not taking it out.

Now, I understand that this was my mistake, but I made an assumption about the 3-lever package, that it would be 3 sets of levers and not 3 individuals. I should have ordered 2 the same, since my OCD requires symmetry. I'll know better next time. :-[

I did my DPMS at 200 yards as well.

Unfortunately it's raining ASH. There is a pair of wildfires to our south, moving north through George Bush Park, which is a huge parcel of land. I am not pleased seeing this ash rain down though. We're keeping an eye out for embers. <munch>
