  8. To be clear, this is a random thought, be we use many different copper airlines at work for cooling, spreading, ect. They come in many various sizes internally and externally, and can be bent if needed. Drilling a roll pin hole would be easy..... just a thought if you ultimately need to.

  13. Limited how? Production run or to the MOE line... you can bet Alexandra will want a pink ar once the cub gets old... my dreams of an Accuracy International .338 Lapua mag are fading fast.. :P
  14. My ffl emailed them, I haven't heard any news from her yet, assuming it went ok. If you lost or deleted their notification email I can forward it to you I don't know if they've shipped yet or not.
  15. They are available for pre order through Rainier Arms on their web site
  16. Her birthday is Sunday, and I have a good plan of flowers breakfast in bed to help.... still need a few parts to finish her lower though.... and the lower itself <munch>
  17. That's a good deal but I can't get the threaded barrel, not in nazichusettes. We will pick one up in the spring, Savage arms main facility is in town here, and they offer up good deals to the local gun shops.
  18. Yup, solvent degreaser prep, premix color and hardener, spray, let dry to touch, 8hrs, fully cure in two weeks to one month. I already have my second magpul fde kit waiting .... ;D
  19. If you were interested in a diy kit, the shake and spray duracoat kit from Lauer weaponry worked awesome for me. Btw, I'd say that cerakote and duracoat probably wear the same as my friend has a cerakoted sign that shows holster wear after a year and a half.
  20. an easy test, with out visuals, is cycle the bolt using the charging handle, if you hear any noise or grittiness, add lube
  21. If you haven't tried it, give impact guns a try, they stock everything
  22. :hornet: I knew I'd stir you up on that one <lmao> Did you get your new grips yet? Bet they are sexy as hell!
  23. Nice catch, and quite possibly yes, especially in combination with a dry bolt. Take them out one at a time carefully as not to cause misalignment and put some blue lock tire one the threads.
  24. Welcome, sounds like you need to fix that problem…. let us know if you still want to go the same route..
  25. If you do, I can take that old beat up no good Desert Warrior off your hands, you know, to you a favor… <munch>, I mean c'mon, I shoot it better …. <laughs>
