  1. Hah! Can anyone find one at all is the question!
  2. In that situation? Not worth it. Figure gas has a shelf life, and no new gas will be coming in. Kerosene is definitely the better option as is diesel fuel (which if you are crafty, home heating oil can also be used )
  3. My glocks do the same thing!
  4. Doing the same.... Still going to get the Erblestock though.
  5. I feel comfortable we can diagnose this, we got it, you're in good hands.
  6. As a rule of thumb, on this website we will not tolerate this behavior. I have sent a pm and will consider locking this thread if this continues. Let's keep it clean. If you disagree with something, and need to talk it out, pm the person, keep it out of the public
  7. That right there could be the culprit!
  8. I would suggest you switch to a mil spec tube anyway, it is thicker at the threads, an area known to fail faster on commercial tubes
  9. No one would buy them at that price, and he can't price himself out of the game with the opening act. And wtf is a Safe queen? I don't believe in that, even the LaRue gets down and dirty.
  10. It's ok to use the ar15 part if it works, no harm no foul
  11. And after about 200 or so you can back it off. Some people never have to do this, others for longer than most. Let's get her going
  12. 600 per lower? Your insane! No way, not even for Shibi. Good thing you aren't setting his prices.
  13. Not that I'm aware of, just sloppy. But we aren't in the field, and clean up as needed
  14. ^^^^ exactly. But shoot it wet first. Being a virgin she might just be a bit tight at first
  15. Hahaha! I love it ! We can find more comfortable arrangements, but it is 72* in the living room, so nice. We definitely could get up there to see the car run, I can find out his race schedule if you want to plan something out. What was this thread about? Oh yeah, how we jack shit like a bunch of Somali pirates!
  16. He grabbed a stripped upper and bcg, but stalled out when he bought new springs and shocks for the rear end of the racecar.
  17. Dammit! I had no more plans.... Hmmm
  18. Then I'll be right as rain!
  19. Ok, get her good and wet! Also if it continues, check for gas leaks around the block.
  20. Local pusher has .338 lapua gold medal match, I'll buy this time! Edited to add permission for shenanigans from the wife..... Just saying. And this time we will go to the track to check out the old mans lil car!
  21. You didn't read that here! Lol. Yeah, drench that shit. Slick the inside of the upper, lube the bcg. Lube the buffer tube lightly. Yes, I said it. Check your extractor. Shoot some rounds for function, one at a time. Load one in a mag. Fire. Does it lock open? It'll still be soaking at this point so it won't be a lube issue. Can't remember, is it an adjustable block? If so close it off all the way, working it open with each shot till it finally locks open after the shot. Then start loading a few rounds at a time, making sure it locks open on the last shot. Check your lube situation after a box of ammo. Hell, clean it and re lube. Break in May be slow , but done right, you won't have any worries.
  22. She wrong, like Rene, holding the rifle trying to eat brass! I building her a lefty upper, (stag stripped upper, bcg, bravo co. 16" middy barrel, moe hand guards, a2 ft sight post, bravo co mod2 comp, raptor handle) on top of an ambi mega lower (moe stock, pws enhaced buffer tube, Heavybuffers buffer/spring, alg act trigger, moe + grip)
  23. I am going to do this and finish the wife's rifle, then set up my press!
  24. Did you run out of beer? Damn, maybe you need to come back over, I'll order up another keg! I ain't working all summer !
