Yep, probably a 3.250" buffer in a 7.000" extension. Or the AR15 rifle buffer in the rifle extension. Whatever is being run here for a recoil system. Numbers are mandatory.

That's the Griffin SOB buffer, and it's adjustable. That's a good kit, and not that much more than finding a genuine Armalite AR-10 Carbine kit. I'd say you could trust that kit that you have listed. I haven't tried one of those buffers yet, but I've always wanted to.

For your gas tube "Carbine Gas" on that barrel means AR-15 Carbine gas tube. Armalite only does two gas tubes for .308s and all Large Frames. One is named "Carbine" but it's a midlength (longer than AR15 Midlength) tube, and the Rifle gas tube. AR-15 Carbine Gas Tube will be fine on that BA Barrel.

Here's my 12.5" with a Wilson Combat 10" rail on it. Worked perfectly, IMHO.

Weird everywhere. Couple days ago, the mountains south of I-8, just south of me, were covered in snow, heavy. I'll check again tomorrow morning, and see if it can still be seen. If so, I'll grab a pic. Pretty wild around here, just south of Phx.
