OKay, now that the BS is over with, and Floydie is gone... so he says... This guy said ONE thing that bothered me. He wants sources on 80% parts, and when the barrels came up - he's passing everything on to the customer... SO, I asked a few times, and he avoided it. What I really wanna know is - "You buying 80s toyou can make guns and sell to customers?" Never answered. I'm pretty sure if he was a manufacturing FFL (07 FFL/SOT license), he would have stated that in his massive bragging intro. He didn't. So, I hope he goes out there and makes some 80s, and sells them to customers - and gets popped by Uncle Sugar. He seems that bright...

This is so fundamentally wrong, it's actually hilarious, coming from the "professional." Do you even understand that if you're using a "tube" that too deep internally, it doesn't have anything to do with what you're saying? Do you even understand that if you're using a "tube" that's too deep internally, and you added this offset pin - it would make the problem even worse? No, you don't understand that. You don't even know what the hell you're talking about on this platform, in the least. Stick to1911s.

1. No need to google those - all the people that have been here for a minute know exactly what those barrels are, blank or not. Along with many other fine barrels, blank or not. 2. You didn't upset me in the least. Not even a little bit. You did show your a$s though, again. Thanks for that. 3. Why in the hell would you weld and repair a buffer detent, when it's a $3 part - and IT ISN"T THE PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE?... It's about finding the root problem - and sometimes you can correct it- I think you call that "gunsmithing" - it's not always about replacing parts. More often than not, on this platform, and the customer base, it IS about replacing out-of-spec parts from substandard manufacturers. Why would you attemp to fix that junk? Going back to this piece of info, that report listed every single rifle that had a slidefire, had a 100rd mag. I've searched and searched for pics of this hotel room, and this is the only rifle I could find that indeed had a slidefire, AND a Surefire 100. But... LOOK at that stack of SF100s in the background!!! Holy shiit!!!

I only shoot anymore at my own secret test facility, in the middle of nowhere. No more public ranges for me. "Range Rules" and RSOs that couldn't spot a safety issue if you threw it at them, and public shooters, not knowing anything about them... I just don't do it anymore...

Yes. Well, No. Yes, I've handled it extensively, weekly when I go visit my Gun Pusher, and he shoves one on my hands and says, "It's nice, isn't it..." - not really as a question. I've been all over it, taken it apart, dry fired it, etc. He can't get enough of them, and they're flying out of the shop. I think last weekend was the first weekend that he didn't have one in the store, at all. Fired it? Nope, not yet. And honestly, I don't think I want to. Not after seeing all this stuff on it. I've lost interest in it - and I thought it handled ad pointed very, very well, and it's not what other smaller framed semis are. Disappointed. Will I change my mind? Depends on the honesty coming from the company - will they come out with a definite cause and annouce it publicly? Will they make fast (yeah, I know, "warranty") repairs to customer's pistols? I think there's more than one fundamental flaw in it, and I'm kinda not even interested now... That dead trigger that MAC had was something else. The striker smears are pretty serious, and something's inherently wrong (or overlooked) in the basic design. My $0.02 on it.
