Brother - it pretty much IS. Free suppressors and Short-barreled anything in the process to approve "Semi-Auto License" laws. That article spells it out. Shiit, it's like having a license to buy whatever you want, ANY semi-auto pistol or rifle, ANY suppressor, ANY short-barreled-whatever... Just pass the background check, with fingerprints, picture, paperwork packet. BAM! Get your license. You already did that once - to get at least one suppressor. What's the difference?
