  1. I have that barrel - excellent choice!
  2. If that other DPMS was a complete lower receiver group, the serial won't have a "K" in it. They only do that on stripped lowers.
  3. CONVICTED. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2016/12/15/dylann-roof-convicted-in-charleston-church-massacre.html Dylann Roof convicted in Charleston church massacre A jury in South Carolina Thursday convicted Dylann Roof in the shootings that killed nine black church members during a Bible study in Charleston last year, a verdict that could lead to a death sentence for the self-avowed white supremacist. The jury of nine white people and three black people deliberated less than two hours before returning a verdict, finding him guilty on all counts against him. Roof, 22, faced 33 federal charges, including hate crimes and obstruction of the practice of religion. Roof just stared ahead as the verdict was read, much as he has throughout the trial. Victims's relatives held hands and squeezed one another's arms. One woman nodded her head every time the clerk said "guilty." The same jury is set to return Jan. 3 to consider whether Roof should be sentenced to die for the June 2015 attack at Emanuel AME Church. He is slated to face another death penalty trial in state court early next year. Minutes after the verdict was read, Roof told U.S. District Judge Richard Gergel he wanted to represent himself during the penalty phase. He said at the start of the trial that he wanted attorneys in the guilt phase, but not in the penalty phase. His lawyers said in a court filing they feared he wanted to avoid embarrassing testimony that the defense might have presented to try to get a jury to spare his life.
  4. Check the serial number on the lower. Should have a "K" in it. Report back.
  5. No, it won't... Now you're catching on... Aero upper and lower is a solid choice, as well as the DWilson BCG - GREAT parts and a solid foundation. Rifle buttstock or Collapsible buttstock? Reason I ask is for the collapsible-possibility - only use Armalite AR-10 Carbine parts for that. If you go collapsible stock, use the Armalite AR-10 Carbine receiver extension, ANY AR-15 carbine H3 buffer, and the Armalite EA1095 spring. Solid dependability, right there. With your BCG choice - which is a great choice - find a DPMS-based compatible barrel. They're plentiful. Welcome aboard, man.
  6. Awesome to see this happen - fantastic news for both people!
  7. These slings are worth it, people, if you're on the fence about it.
  8. Some dude thought that up as an answer for pistols, and shouldering it. I think I read somewhere that he broke his jaw in testing... http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2012/09/foghorn/open-wide-no-stock-needed-stock-for-ar-15-pistols/

    AZ Shootfest 2016

    PM sent, brother!!!
  10. It's supposed to be the schit - with heavy BCM influence. Can't go wrong with that.
  11. Welcome, man- those lowers look SICK when painted!!!
  12. Very funny, fukker - I was going 80mph...
  13. After buying new brass at $1.04 per (Hornady box of 50 new, unprimed is $52), with a cyclic rate off 800 rounds per minute... I'd need an initial investment in $832 just for brass. I can reload 45-70 for about 70 cents per round. That gonna cost me $560.00 per minute to play with... I don't even think Ron's MRAD costs that much to shoot...
  14. I like that brace - very nice! Gonna be a great thread, brother.
  15. Sweet Jesus, that thing is BEAUTIFUL!!!
  16. 300blk for me. I'll never run out of ammo, ever. I can always find pick-up 5.56 brass to convert. Reloading x39 Berdan-primed cases is next to impossible.
  17. Exactly. If they're not scared of humans, my goal is to make damn sure that they are...
  18. Doesn't happen overnight, brother. It takes time. Nature adapts,or nature doesn't adapt. When it doesn't, wildlife and people become a problem... And, shoot 'em!
  19. Bears eat deer in Colorado backyards, and the homeownersschit their pants. Bear tries to eat a deer in a Texan backyard, and the Texan will shoot the bear, keep the bear and the deer, and notity local LEOs if necessary. I like it. Another reason Colorado sucks. Granola-Heads infected the place as they defected from California...
  20. EPIC...
  21. This one, brother - I need THIS one... Lemme know what that is, and I'm all over it.
  22. That is INCREDIBLY FUNNY, coming from YOU...
  23. She's only proud of them for the $100 million that they contribute...
  24. Tacticat likes to go out back and roam the backyard, here in AZ. He's a little wild, and has gone over the east wall after the neighbor dogs in the past, but he pretty much sticks to his own. I keep an eye on him, especially at night, when he's hanging out with me in the reloading building out back - if a coyote were to come over the wall and try to get his ass... #1. He'd probably straight just fuk that coyote up. #2. I wouldn't give him the chance to kick it's ass, because I'd blast it full of holes - with ZERO regard that I'm technically in a "city." None. Zilch. I'd let the cops know what happened, IF they showed up.
  25. I'm backing you 100% and then some...
