Robocop1051 Posted November 21, 2014 Report Posted November 21, 2014 Trollololol.... pic's first, or that shiit gets called out. If you pull your man card out around here, expect to have your shiit thoroughly inspected. I expect out resident dick to be around in 5... 4... 3.... 2...
Matt.Cross Posted November 21, 2014 Report Posted November 21, 2014 1/4 MOA @ 200 yds? Fantastic! Where's the video?
1legdown Posted November 21, 2014 Author Report Posted November 21, 2014 Hey guys...1 leg down here...last post was really about weight not moa...I do not have enough rounds down range yet to know if accuracy consistently will be 1/4 moa. Switched from paper to old dinner plates at 200-400yds. Shots were dead center at 200 but only got one shot per plate. Was shooting for fun not measurements. Bench and sandbags. I was looking and asking mainly about my rifle weight. Seems kinda heavy. before you release the dogs I will update you when I focus on actual consistent moa. Accuracy does not appear to be an issue with this rifle. How about weight? 1legdown
Matt.Cross Posted November 21, 2014 Report Posted November 21, 2014 My rifle is 14lbs empty w/ no optics, you're light...
Robocop1051 Posted November 21, 2014 Report Posted November 21, 2014 My rifle is 11.5 lbs loaded, with a scope.
Robocop1051 Posted November 21, 2014 Report Posted November 21, 2014 Oops unloaded 11.5 Loaded (20rd mag) 13.2 I'm cutting weight from it soon. Removing the MBUS, changing the gas block to a low profile, ditching the bipod.
Rsquared Posted November 22, 2014 Report Posted November 22, 2014 I won't even say what she weighs. After all.........it makes liberal's cry.
survivalshop Posted November 22, 2014 Report Posted November 22, 2014 All 308 AR's are on the heavy side compared to AR 15/M16's . Its all about the cartridge (s) the are designed to shoot .
Magwa Posted November 22, 2014 Report Posted November 22, 2014 I am right at 9 and 1/4 as you see it but i take of the bipod and anything else that is just eye candy for hunting and figure I am packing about 8 and 1.2 with a ten round mag and 5 rounds in it... I could go lighter by dumping all Iron sights.
