planeflyer21 Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 Flying cycle of some type...looks damn cool!
jtallen83 Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 I'd still feel naked without a chute or a rope.............
survivalshop Posted June 5, 2015 Report Posted June 5, 2015 Heck with the chute or rope , I want a cage around those prop's ! :cookoo:
mineralman55 Posted June 5, 2015 Report Posted June 5, 2015 /\/\/\ Thought the same thing. Eight spinning, unshrouded props within inches of me? I don't think so!
planeflyer21 Posted June 5, 2015 Author Report Posted June 5, 2015 /\/\/\ Thought the same thing. Eight spinning, unshrouded props within inches of me? I don't think so! Meh. Once you work on a flight deck with E-2 Hawkeyes and survive you get over it.
blue109 Posted June 5, 2015 Report Posted June 5, 2015 I got stuck detailed to an airfield for a short while. Thought it was gonna be a sham job. Then they brought us little white aerosol cans and rags and pointed to an E2. Said get to scrubbing army. I hate that plane forever.
survivalshop Posted June 5, 2015 Report Posted June 5, 2015 Meh. Once you work on a flight deck with E-2 Hawkeyes and survive you get over it. Brother , you aren't sitting on the engine the whole time is in the air or on the flight deck ether <lmao>
MikedaddyH Posted June 5, 2015 Report Posted June 5, 2015 Check out the HoverBike ! At least the fan blades are shrouded. It on you tube.
planeflyer21 Posted June 6, 2015 Author Report Posted June 6, 2015 "It on you tube"? Hitting the beers early this Friday brother? :bb:
MikedaddyH Posted June 6, 2015 Report Posted June 6, 2015 Auto "Un-Correct" ! Changes too many phases.
mineralman55 Posted June 6, 2015 Report Posted June 6, 2015 Meh. Once you work on a flight deck with E-2 Hawkeyes and survive you get over it. I've flown enough prop planes to know I don't want to be around spinning props in my spare time. Let someone else have the fun of it. I like my normal "2-dimensional" bike.
