beachmaster
http://www.armsunlimited.com/FERFRANS-Muzzle-Brake-Concussion-Reduction-System-p/mb-crd.htm Hey guys, check out this ferfrans muzzle break... It is out of my budget, but I think that I really like the concept. As much as I don't care much about other people complaining at the range (they already do and I am not even running a comp), having the option to be less annoying, and maybe to save the ear drums around deer season, is quite appealing. Any experience or thoughts?
98Z5V
I've seen several videos on it, and looked at it closely. It's got great reviews. One day, I'll try one...
392heminut
Beach, if you want to try something like that out on a budget take a look at Kinetitech's stuff;http://www.kineti-tech.com/create-a-2-piece-muzzle-brake-cucussion-sound-redirector/I've got one of theirs on my 300 BLK pistol and it seems to work pretty good for that app.
planeflyer21
Hunh...it looks very similar but shorter than the brake on the original Armalite AR-10 from the '50s.
blue109
Damage industries has a similar setup for 5.56 and AKs, but no big AR yet. Cool thing is they have different style brakes, and sleeves, and you can mix and match. Plus they are cheap and go on sale all the time. Really like these guys.http://damageindustriesllc.com/product-category/

guruofhotrod
I did manage to order one for one of my 308's at the $40.00 price (actually $53.19 with tax and shipping) They refer to it as a "compensator"I think I'll hang it on the end of the Ares 16" barrel that I recently purchased that is mounted on an Ares upper that will hopefully soon containa Ares Nib BCG - kinda noticing a pattern developing here LOL I'll post a short review on it when it shows up. On the subject of Arms Unlimited, I'm a little leery of them - if I'm not mistaken a while back they were selling some knock-off products as thereal deal (Raddlock mag lock comes to mind) shop carefully!!
