dpete
As the title says, will an ACT trigger work in a 308AR? I'm thinking of upgrading and have read good reviews about them in AR15s but can't seem to find anything about the 308s. Any experiences in 308? survivalshop
I've used them & they work fine . My triggers settled out to about 5 # , I have one in a AR 15 Carbine that came out of my 308AR Carbine , Replaced by Rough Justice FCG from MechArmor . I think my 300BLK has one residing in it also . I like them .
392heminut
I've got two of them in AR-15's and think they are a great trigger for the price, a definite improvement over a milspec trigger! I use the JP Enhanced Reliability springs with them and they both run about 4.5# on the pull. One was in my DPMS LR308 for quite a while until I replaced it with a Mech Armor Rough Justice trigger and I never had a problem with it in the 308. Robocop1051
I think the new ACT triggers come with two sets of springs. I have an older ACT and I replaced the combat spring with a JP yellow spring. It's at close to 4# now.
