NTXshooter Posted February 23, 2016 Report Posted February 23, 2016 I tried to remove the flash hider on my Coyote Carbine upper over the weekend. It would not budge. Does RRA use a thread locker when they install them? Advice on how to get it off?

survivalshop Posted February 24, 2016 Report Posted February 24, 2016 Make sure the Barrel is clamped securely in Vice Blocks if removing Muzzle devices .

Dane Armory Posted February 24, 2016 Report Posted February 24, 2016 I use heat guns ! Less stress on the metal.
NTXshooter Posted February 25, 2016 Author Report Posted February 25, 2016 Unforgiven, I'm changing the flash hider for a QD muzzle break so that I can use my suppressor on it.Dane, I was wondering if a heat gun would work. I haven't had a chance to work on it. It may be next week before I can get to it.
