planeflyer21
Pretty nice execution. Not sure why they went with a "military theme" and then used gloss paint. Also, I would've kept the wing vent windows and worked another alternative for the mirrors.

I could fool myself into believing that it was at least a dark burgundy leather instead of the bright red that it appears.

Google king rancher red seats, its not the lighting. Funny thing is there is tan and brown in that search to.
DNP
That's almost my wish list truck. I'd like to find a 70's crew cab, short bed it with a 7.3. Some day....some day. That interior is hideous. I would be embarrassed to show that off as my own work.

It is lifted enough and on big enough tires that it doesn't have that awkward stretch limo look.

I've allways wanted the opposite 72-76 Chevy short box lowered with a some big ol Detroit powerplant in it. But what they're doing with diesel these days I'd consider it. Even a big spooled power sroke my buddy had one a few years back when he was behind you it sounded like there was a jet following you Edited December 18, 2016 by shepp
mrmackc
Back in 1980 when I was a field supervisor with six wireline logging trucks and crews we had one of these F-350s assigned to each crew to haul perf guns and logging tools, we had custom 11foot beds to haul our stuff out to drill sites we had 460 gas engines in them with 120 gallon gas tanks. They averaged a little bit below 10 MPG but would haul ass. We had doors, mirrors, and fenders ripped off of them all the time. One engineer busted the starter off the fly wheel housing chasing a coyote but drove the truck home hanging by one bolt.
survivalshop
I had a 93 F350 Dually , Crew Cab , 7.3 Turbo charged , five speed . Hardly ever used first gear unless I was pulling something . I used to pull friends boats out at my Marina in first gear at idle , it was that low of gear. It was a great Deer Hunters Limousine . had to keep snow/mud tires on , that bitch with road radials would get stuck in wet grass . Bet a four wheel drive would have been different , but was not a great Truck when I moved to Florida , hard to get out onto traffic on I 95 for work . Great Truck though .
