And Brazil.  Seen some canned beef from Uraguay or some such too.

Survived on that stuff in college. Back then in the Jurassic it was 5 cans for $1. Probably better I didn't know much back then. Actually not much beef comes up from Argentina anymore. Most of it goes to Europe. Same with Uraguay.

I have always wanted an aquaponics setup!

An offer we put in on a house was just accepted, so maybe I will be able to build one in a year or two. :)

When you are ready, let me know and I will put you in contact with the Wisconsin Sea Grant Aquaculture outreach specialist and he can help you with any questions and issues. Also the state aquaculture association

Actually my mistake they are being allowed back in since 2015. FDA says they have safeguards in place now to prevent hoof and mouth and mad cow. Uraguay and Brazil were never stopped.

300 tons a day???? If the source of the radiation cannot be stopped because it is not accessible then how do they get the figure of 300 tons a day?

bullshit13.jpg

I believe that figure is from the seawater they are using in a vain attempt to cool the molten uranium.

No doubt man has polluted the environment but all this doom and gloom stuff is a little over the top. Brings me back to grade school when they were telling me there would be another ice age by the year 2000. Many of these pollutants they now claim are showing up might be because the technology used to measure them has become more sophisticated.

Anyone remember the ozone hole hoax, taught me to be very skeptical. Grandma drove around the last several years of her life in a car without AC because the cost of fixing it had went sky high, to the ozone layer!

That is over 70,000 gallons a day since the accident happen, I'm not buying it.

The volume?

Every USN ship has emergency pumps all over that will do 500 gallons per minute.  That's 30,000/gallons per hour.

75,000 gallons per day sounds like an underestimate to me.

The lack of hard data, details, and corroborated facts makes me think "coverup."

Groups like Greenpeace and Woods Hole do not sound near as doomsday as the video and they would be the ones I would expect to be screaming if there were hard facts to point at.
