Dane county is straight north of me that’s where Madison is aka the people’s republic of. Fon du lac county is north and east bottom of the fox river valley, also where Oshkosh truck is, they build a lot of  the military trucks.

I must agree with your source, as take away the electricity and almost all of our society will implode on itself. The ones that actually plan for it will face an overwhelming task of NOT being taken down by those that didn't.
