ARTrooper Posted November 22, 2018 Report Share Posted November 22, 2018 they are ridiculous, grasping at straws all the time and charging good people for things that are thin at best. My wife used to work for a company that was raided by the ATF. They confiscated over $50k worth of equipment and product, most of which they randomly "lost" in evidence. no charges stuck and the guy won his lawsuit against them for all the stuff they took. They seem to have the right judges. IMHO - it depends on how far someone pushes it. It has to be shoved up to the Supreme Court, then they decide if they'll hear the case.
