Will this handguard fit the Aero Precision M5 upper?

I can't seem to find any specifics. Does anyone know if this hand guard will fit the AP M5 upper?

I would say no because the G2 is not compatible “normal” DPMS compatible 308AR parts.

I don't believe it will. It is for the DPMS G2, a totally different platform size wise. I think the M5 is the high style but better confirm that from this link;
