@98Z5V someone posted that on my post from another gun forum. Not Reddit. He must have gotten it from there. I have since installed the armalite ar10 you recommended. Going to hit the range next week to test. But I agree. Reddit is atrocious for info.

Update: finally got to the range. Tan several mags of 7.62x51 m80. I couldn’t get this to cycle at all before coming here. Dan flawless through it all. Not one hiccup! Thank you guys!

@Albroswifti honestly really like it due to weight savings. It also gives it a sleek look. The accuracy is great for what I wanted. I built it as a maneuverable spr. Not a bench gun.

I used one of their 556 pencils with pinned 3 port, accurate and light.

Don't remember. I bought several different handguards  from AR15handguard.com over the last few years, but don't see it there now. Superslim honeycomb M-Lock.

Well, I don't use my AR's for pounding in tent stakes, got an AK for that, but everything I've gotten from AR15handguard has been solid. Good CS the one time I needed it, sent a high DPMS when I ordered low, no argument, Sam had the new one in the mail before he received the old one back.
