Fulton Armory Shipping Charges

I have been very tolerant of current shipping and handling charges by most online firearm resources during these crazy times and I really like the folks at Fulton Armory but..... Just now I noticed they are charging me $35 to ship two bolt carriers. Im disappointed.

Flat rate UPS?  Maybe shipping + insurance, combined?

 

I'd have to check my last order with them, which wasn't long ago, but the shipping wasn't bad.

What bugs me is that stuff like that can be shipped in a flat rate Priority Mail box for a LOT less than what these companies charge for shipping! I've asked a couple of businesses why they don't do that and the usual response is "We ship everything by (UPS/Fedex). We don't use anything else." I've made some of my purchases based on the comany's shipping options!

thats idiotic. you could probably ship a complete rifle with insurance for that much.

When I had the FFL you could ship multiple handguns or long guns for less than $10 fully insured.

 

Asked my transfer dealer about it and he said it is still about the same price.

I've noticed them to be one of the highest...I think they charge their shipping rates per total $$$ of the order. It sucks and letting them know that, is the only way to hopefully change their rates.

Ive had 2 orders with them and i believe iits a flat rate they charge. I had 3 big boxes on one order-35 bucks. Single medium box also 35 bucks. Sucks but when i was ordering they were the only ones to stock what i wanted so i didnt care

Contact them to see if its up & up or a mix up & if that's the way they do business .

 

We may just have to all tell them . You may be surprised at the out come . I have spent a load of money with them , but can spend more else where .
