I'm an eastsider flat lander kinda guy but we have a cabin just across the river from glacier national park. Right where the cabin is the highest concentration of grizzle bears in lower 48. Being a flat lander im use to being able to see someone coming from miles away. Where at the cabin you can only see maybe 50 yards. It takes a little getting use to. But its a great spot. Glacier is great have done lot of backcountry hiking in the park. Hope to do some wolf hunting over there this winter at some point.

Open carry in nat park is a new thing and I am glad folks are carrying, better to have it and not need it then to be bear poop... yeah Idaho ,Montana, Wyoming, there are a few guns in these states... :)
