pdc
I'm looking for a slightly used set of back up irons for my 308 AR. I'd like a set of fixed sights but flip ups are okay too. American made. Aluminum is preferable. I need the kind that goes on the rail and not a railed gas block. Price needs to be right. Message me if you've got something. Thanks. sketch
You should find some 45' offset and put some solid glass on top!! I went cheap on eBay ( boo!) and paid 45$ for irons still hit center mass at 100 yds all aluminum and adjustable!! That's why they are back up sights ;)
pdc
These will be my primary sights until I figure out what glass I want up top. Totally don't want to go cheap.

Robocop1051
If you're looking for QUALITY sights... I have set of Troy tritium Dioptic micro battle sights. I bought these directly from Troy when they first came out. They cost a fortune back then. I might be able to cut you a deal.

Oooo!! Devil Robo >:D on one shoulder and…and…and, well there's no angle for unforgiven and the devil is taken, so he's on the other shoulder  . Both ends of the spectrum, insanely expensive backup sights or rugged and affordable functional backup sights.
Robocop1051
Magpul sights are great sights. If you're running backup sights, I can't say there's any one better. For primary sights, they're a little slower to get a good sight picture. The Di-Optic sights take some getting used to. They are stooooopid fast once you get the hang of it. I was going to put mine on a patrol rifle if I ever got around to it. They are excellent "my life depends on it" sights. I think the only faster sights would be the HK416 barrel sight. pdc
I ended up with a set of Daniel Defense fixed sights. They should fit the bill just right..... Edited November 27, 2013 by pdc
