Know a couple of dudes that were messing around shooting those at other construction workers.  One guy got fed up, took careful aim, and planted a nail in a dude's neck from 30 yards.

I've been in a serious nail gun fight a time or to at least you can see the big 16 penny nails coming in time to duck but loading up 40 nails and letting fly is a nono on most jobs!
