KAK is having a sale this weekend. With the code "4th" you can get the 2.5" buffer for $46.75. It looks like the code takes 15% off. I don't know if it works on everything though. It does say that you can only use it once.

That video was posted on my eye doc forum. The guy who posted it to show why police need to shoot so many times in some situations. There were others who said they should have not drawn weapons at the outset. One suggested (laughably) that the police should have shot the aggressor in the leg while they were further away. Some have Hollywood expectations of what police can do in these situations.
If you plan to shoot commie steel case ammo, be sure to use a trigger with a strong hammer spring. A standard one will leave light primer strikes on the hard primers.
I have a Larue trigger with the included heavy spring and have no problems. I read elsewhere that there is much less wait time to get one now. They are down to $80.

Welcome from Texas!
If you are new to shooting, it might be more cost effective to get the basics down by using a 22LR instead of 308. The fundamentals will translate to your 308.
He has had prior problems with drugs and very recent driving issues.
Man charged in deadly New Hampshire highway crash had run-ins with the law in Texas
I have not seen anything about him being impaired at the time of the accident. I do not think the police would have let him return home to Mass. if they had any suspicion that he was impaired. The official charges are negligent homicide. He may have been impaired but he may have been looking at his phone just as easily.
Regardless, the people were needlessly killed and he is the reason.
Here is a story about his arrest.
