Yes, when large groups hold regular dinners for the homeless...you give them a reason to hang around and a reason for more to travel to that location. I have a fun spot for you to hang out in San Diego if you want to see what 2000 homeless people showing up for 3 meals a day looks like. And the rest of the time they hang out in the surrounding blocks. Kinda kills the property values when 300 bums a day piss on the sidewalk in front of your store.
