Buffer system matters more than you’d think. Start a thread on yours with all sorts of details. Hell, share what you had for breakfast when you built it. Be that specific.

Start here. Then measure the gas port in the barrel. Gas block wide open while you’re doing this? How many rounds through the rifle? Soaking wet with oil at the moment? - if not it should be.

Not really in the mail, but I get to wait 10 days. My FFL buddy asked if I knew anyone that wanted a Glock 19 gen 3. His dealer had one and offered it to him to sell. Being that I can’t buy anything of a newer gen...I took it. -
Hopefully we still get to worry about ammo. The new team might make the price of ammo no longer a concern.

It’s not that bad, but you can burn 2 gallons or more per hour to run it. @2.79/gal here that can add up. 6 gallons of gas last 12 hours or better for me, but that’s still $24-$25 of fuel.

That’s pretty slick. I like the drawer idea in the bottom for shorter rifles or even pistols too. Then a rack above it like the vertical one. -
