Welcome from Fla.

I use the Tac in both my Dillon Powder measurer & my old Redding with micro metering & I don't have an issue with it . My Redding throws them so close to my set weight , I sometimes don't re- check the weight till I went through about a doz. ., of course thats dependent on what I'm loading for , my Target or hunting rounds get weighed to the exact weight to the tenth of a Grain . Practice ammo , I just use the Powder measure to charge them & check it as said . When I hand weigh each charge, I set the Powder measure to drop a less then target charge & Trickle it to target weight . Nothing wrong with Varget Powder . If you think you have an issue with Tac , try some 4064 , that stuff is hard to throw with out some crunching .

I wouldn't buy another Lower Parts kit from them again.

I'll have to take a measurement of one of my spare Detent Springs to see what the spec's are . The 80% Lower may also be out of Spec or they included the wrong Spring . Are you sure its a Pin Detent Spring & not a Safety Detent Spring ?

Once the rifle breaks in , you can go to normal lubrication procedures .

My instrument Panel was put on a Fed Ex truck today . I got a call from them this morning , he said that they powered it up & its working fine & how was it malfunctioning . I asked if they were in an Air Conditioned Space for repair , of course it was, well , I said , it shuts down at around 28 deg. & over 75 deg. , just goes blank , a common problem with this year series F150's . The were going to replace the complete Board for me , I said , cool , my truck is hot to drive

I did buy another Sig today , not a P320 ,but an M11 . If they would of had a P320 Compact in 45 ACP , I would have bought it . Only had a full size P320 . -
Well I was going to buy another P320 in 45 ACP , but got to feeling & playing with the M11 & put $$ down on it , I just was on my way back from the eye Doc. for new glasses,so I didn't have enough cash on me to take it home , but my gun range is only a couple miles away from the Gun Pusher ( Top Gun ) so will pick it up on the way there next week . I really wanted to buy another P320 , but I also like different things , this is very nice , they tried to talk me into one of the Legion Pistols , but I didn't think with all the so called upgrades , it wasn't worth another $ 200 to me .

Fist thing would be to check Head Space , its never a good practice to swap a Bolt from one Barrel to another . If the Bolt was only used for a few rounds before switching & has no time to seat . You should check Head Space to make sure its not an issue. As far as the Barrels Chamber , it should be inspected to see if there is an issue with Burr's , scratches , or imperfections before any work is done to it . Flitz metal polish & a Bore mop & battery operated drill to polish it , but only if it looks rough . Imperfections in the Chamber will more then likely no be buffed or polished out. You can use a Drill index of different size Drill bits & use the Shank of the Bit to come as close as you can to a close size .

Why trim to 2.008" , trim to length for a 308 in the manual as 2.005" ? I now use Tac Powder also , Midsouth Shooters supply has a deal right now ,if you buy four or more pounds of Tac , no Hazmat fee , good time to stock up on Powders & primers ,with free Hazmat .

I tried to join the Sig Forum & it read that they don't accept Gmail accounts as a proper email account , something about they don't like free email accounts , WTF , I've never had an account I had to pay for , is there such a thing ? I emailed them a couple of days ago about it & have not received an answer yet . A side note , I won't lose any sleep if I don't get to join !

I'm going to buy another one in 45 acp , just because ! I even have my eyes on the one I want & it might be another P 320 ! This BS doesn't bother me at all , mine passed my drop testing & I'm not afraid to use it . -

That will never happen , we like spending your $$$$ -
Gas Block may be not aligned with the Barrels Gas Port correctly . Barrels Chamber may be rough & need polishing ( slows extraction & lowers recoil needed to fully reciprocate BCG past Bolt Catch. Could also be Port size in Barrel , too small ( we are seeing a lot of it lately ) Head space checked ?

If your looking for small Primer Pocket Brass for the 6.5 , Brownells has some http://www.brownells.com/reloading/brass/rifle-brass/6-5-creedmoor-small-primer-pocket-brass-prod109160.aspx?lp_pageid=add2. It seems I guess, I will have to jump into this caliber at some point . I would like to know if these small primer loads out perform the large primer type .

There has to to be 12V power source involved some where , my power windows don't work , none of them ( I have four ) , but the power door locks work , I just find it strange how or why they powered some of the 12V power source through the Harness that plugs into the Instrument Panel , just crazy to me , but maybe an easy route for an engineer who designed it .
-
There are a lot more , I'll see if I can find them here or I will post from my notes again , for the 18" also . Good for reference between the Barrel lengths.

I have three XDM's & 1 XD , 2- 9mm's & 2- 45's, only problem I have with them is, I don't get shoot them enough -
There is a 12V power source to a A/C control module from the instrument gages , I have power to the Fan & it works , but even a manual ( like mine ) climate control ,it has a A/C control Module . This A/C Control module must have the Compressor clutch relay for the Compressor Clutch . It shows the Module & the relay ( separate ) but no actual control for that relay , it just goes to that Module . I'm not messing with jumping power to anything , I just wait till the Instrument cluster comes back. If you think of it , who unplugs their Instrument cluster , so its a safe place to put control wiring .It just struck me as odd , that the windows would be with out 12V , but looking at the diagram there is a heated window ( probably rear ) that goes to that Module , I have to look into this Control module a little more closely . 2004-2011 is the F150 series , they probably all will do the same . Just strange to me , but I'm no engineer

I got to put my info in for the Voluntary upgrade , but not with their web form , it wouldn't let me input info as the instructions read , I called this morning to see why it won't load my Ser. # & the rep said it could be my browser ( Safari ) so he took my info over the phone , wtf , glad I called at opening time They will start sending return labels as soon as the are set up to take Pistols in for the upgrades .
