Can you have Heavy Buffers make a special Buffer with a raised portion of the Face , stepped down in diameter , so as to not touch the Pin or have a Buffer turned down on the outer Face to clear the Pin , you did say its not much . If your catching my meaning . How thick is the Face material of a Buffer ? Now I have to look !

I used the LocTite Retaining Compound on my Barrel install with the 25-45 Sharps Barrel swap from my BRO Receiver set ,onto the FDE Aero Upper . The Extension was real tight at first , then after a couple test fits to see how many Shims I would need to align the Gas Tube hole for the Aero HG Barrel Nut ( ended up using none of the supplied Shims & went past their recommended max Torque ) the fit was a little more snug then tight . I was going to use the Loctite anyway , so we will see how it works .

I now have the 25-45 Sharps converted to mostly FDE , all I need to swap out is the Stock to FDE . It doesn't look bad with the black stock , but the an FDE will look better . Since I now have a FDE Sig P320 , my conversion is complete . Photo's of the improved 25-45 Sharps will come from a range trip tomorrow to test my last test loadings .

This particular issue is out of spec components or bad manufacturing , the CWS is a Bandaid fix , that works . You don't see much of it any more . At least I haven't.

The 6.8 is a wildcat , is it not ?

The people who did the testing video , just how many other Pistols did they test in this way ? Did anyone think that this voluntary upgrade is only because of bad press from this so called video testing , be it a real issue or not .

Most HG's have a very small gap where they meet up , depends on the HG manufacturer, how much . Photo ?

I can make a video & show anything I want . Voluntary replacement , Never heard of that one before , we will see the 14 th. This just makes me want mine more & I haven't shot it yet

Yes it does , Stainless Steel , Ultra Match , HB . As far as needed parts , I think I replaced the Firing Pin many years ago . I installed a Flat top Receiver a few years ago , just to put a Scope on , to see how well she did shoot , Iron sights ( A2 ) work, but hard to tell what kind of precision can be attained with out a decent Scope ( at least for me ) . I installed a Geissele G2S for the same reason . other then that & what I just replaced are it . I'm taking a new Extractor , Spring , Pin & an Ejector ,Spring & pin, with me to the Range to see what is needed fix the short ejection issue that has cropped up . The replacing of the Buffer system may be all that is needed .

I talked to two sources that say the Sig issue is BS , fake news , I'll wait to read what Sig has to say next . Probably Glock groupie's or Glock its self behind this propaganda .

Again thanks for giving me a heads up on this before I purchased one . They will fix it or this is BS by a bunch of Glock or Beretta lovers .

I looked for a while to get a good IWB Holster for my new Sig P320 , probably because its relatively new Pistol Model , there are not that many out there. I had another one , but their product was not made in the USA , so I kept looking & found this Company , Very nice looking Holster , solid & looks well made . Company is mostly Vets & ex LE , so they have experience . When I break in the Pistol tomorrow , I will start wearing the rig & give a review . That is of course if my Charger for my MacBook gets here so I can charge this thing , my cable broke & its a Apple product only for replacement . IWB Holster , I'm going to try to carry this one , I changed my thinking of how much ammo I need before I have to change Mags. I used to say seven was more then enough , not any more , more is better .

Well , its jungle down here & if you set down any color of anything , you can lose it .

Their Grips are only $ 35 , not really cheap if your going to cut a few up & screw up some on the way & they are not FFL item . I think its crazy cool idea now that I have one & can make different Pistol sizes & a couple different calibers . I'm going out of town & have to wait till I get back .

Some manufacturers make loose Pin Holes or they get loose with wear from walking . Usually ya just get over sized pins , but the whole FCG , never seen it till now , could also be someones idea of a proprietary components , ya never know .

No missprint , I think KAC makes them or some brand name , I could be wrong , these are a copy or something for the Military their contract Rifle. I had to ask where the Larue's were . I will find out more today when I go there , damn Fun Store two days in a row , wtf

Still thinking about it , its not like I need another Large Frame rifle or another Hand Gun , for that matter , they even have a 6.5 SS BBL. there , I think its a 20" , but could be wrong about the length. Since I bought my first XDM , I like no hammer , don't have any issue with them. I think the 320 , with its ability to change grips/frames & Calibers , sounds like the winner winner chicken dinner
