I was thinking this might be neat to mount a MRDS on your rail, and get any cowitness you want, but I think my little red dot mount has a cross bar. doesn't look like a cross bar pic. mount will fit on that.

pass through three different checkpoints 2 or 3 days a week for work. they are pretty efficient. they are not overbearing. 99% of traffic gets a smile and a wave off. I certainly have no issue with them.

any way you could mount that on your handguard or rcvr and snap a pic to get a better idea of scale?

I think its a cool idea for a single setting gun. not so much if you plan on using different setting for different ammo/configurations. dial it in and thread lock it.

I like my wide webbing since I'm using it with USGI loops, but it won't fit any of my qd buttons, so good call on that. I'll go that route on the next one I buy.

someone on a different forum made a comment about another recent shoot. (he was LE) "Can" and "should" are two different things. If you wear a badge you will eventually get into a situation where you can shoot, but we used to be trained to look for alternatives. you "should shoot" only after all reasonable alternatives have been exhausted. The modern police thought process, more and more, seems to stop at "can".
