    20 years ago (under Clinton) it was brought up that 60+ federal agencies had tactical teams…USPS, HUD, NOAA, etc. The money pit that is the federal government needs to be cut off. Not reined in. Starved to death.

    A friend of a friend's employer let him build a thousand yard range on the ranch. Dude is a former law enforcement sniper from another country. You don't get to use the range for anything, unless you can quote rise, drop, hold over, wind drift, for each load you plan on using out of each firearm you plan on using. Very few people use the range.

    One of the Brownell's Gunsmith Kinks books has a chart for gas-port sizes for a given caliber, for Remington 74/740/7400 series rifles. That may be a good one to do for the ARs also.
