I have to laugh at some of the schit the Cali politicians do there. They pass laws to try and restrict stuff and leave BIG loopholes in them. People figure out how to work around them (power to the people!) so then the dumbasses pass more laws with more loopholes! And the liberal retards keep reelecting the douchebags! <lmao>
Yup! I caught the guy putting some CCI up on the shelf two Saturdays ago and bought 500 rnds. I saw at least another 2000 rnds in the cart he stocking the shelf from. I went back about 30 minutes later to get some for my buddy and it was all gone!
I guess my Dillon machine has spoiled me, these small lots you guys load seem strange to me. When I fire up the Dillon it's 500 rnds. or more before I'm done!
If your gas block rail isn't on the same plane as your upper receiver rail the 45 degree offsets won't work. If the front gas block rail is lower the front sight will end up too low and to the right to sight in.
I had a lowlife shoot two rounds of 25 auto at my patrol car while it was parked in my driveway. One left a 3" skidmark in the quarterpanel and the other didn't even hit the car. It went over the top and lodged about 1/2" into my pine front door!
When we found out who did it I went HUNTING for that pieceofshitmutherfucker :bat: but he had hightailed it to California! I told the chief that if he showed back up in town and came and complained that I had beat him half to death he wasn't going to be lying! The chief's response was "Don't blame you kiddo!" <lmao>
25 ACP is just about worthless!
A NMSP buddy of mine worked an accident south of town here where a bus load of chili pickers got T-boned. He told me that it was funny as hell, every window on the side of the bus that got the impact had a grease smear on it! <laughs>
LMAO at that video Jon! I gotta try that some time!
That buffer tube will work fine on your 308 build. As for barrel length, a 16" barrel will work fine for what you're wanting to do with it. Also, the barrel length has no bearing on the type of buffer tube you can use and vice versa.
AR-15's and 308 AR's use the same buffer tubes, the 308 AR's use a shorter buffer due to the longer BCG.
So you have a carbine buffer tube, the next question is, is it a mil-spec or commercial diameter?
