  1. <lmao> <laughs>
  2. Participating in a gun buy back because you believe that the criminals have too many guns; is like having yourself castrated because you believe that the neighbors have too many kids…!!! :o :cookoo: <laughs> <lmao> <laughs>
  3. The Cerakote is a lot more durable, but for what the Durakote costs it is cheap to touch up if need be.
  4. Hello, my name is Tom and I am an accessory addict. <lmao>
  5. My wife and I will be at Camp Pendleton with our son that day, but we will be sure and say a prayer for Chris, Chad Littlefield, and those they have left behind. :'(

I have no sense of smell! Again, send her over, just make sure it's while the wife is at work! <lmao>
  7. StainTrain aka Andrew is good to go. Loaned me a tool so I wouldn't have to buy one for what was probably a one time deal. <thumbsup>
  8. I know how that is Drew. My wife and I got our 2 granddaughters 7 years ago and now they are 11 & 12. Their mother (29 years old) died in Arizona last Thursday of a pulmonary embolism. We told the girls and later when we were alone my wife said she hated to admit it, but she felt a little relief knowing their mother won't be showing up on our doorstep wanting her daughters back someday. I told her I had the same thought. I know that sounds bad, but after 7 years we feel like they are OUR kids! We don't have any worries about their dad coming for them, he lives here in town and hasn't seen them in over 4 years.

I'm not sure. You need to send her over to my house so I can check and make sure the muzzle is not chaffing her. I'll let you know then! :o <lmao>
  10. Fucking amazing, absolutely fucking amazing!
  11. This is where our future is at folks! We should all be taking a kid to the range when we have the chance. <thumbsup>
  12. I'm not a big football fan but it gives me a chance to go spend the evening with my older son. This year it was kind of special though. Josh is at Marine Combat training in Camp Pendleton and they got time off to watch the game. They didn't get their phones but there were some gracious folks there where they were watching the game that let the boys use theirs and we got a call from him. A big thanks to whoever loaned him their phone! <thumbsup>
  13. Yup, the 45 Colt Anaconda is even rarer than the 44 Mag. If I could afford it I would have one of each, like bookends ya know?
  14. Godspeed Warrior! You will be missed! :'(
  15. To hell with the next election, throw them all out right now and hold new elections. Make it so the common man can run and win, as that is the only type of person who can turn this country around now.
  16. Alright you thread hijacking bastages, time to get this one back on track. I'm with Tom on the Dillon M134 if I could have anything, But the just because guns I do have are kind of at the other end of the scale. First is a Colt Anaconda .44 Mag and the one to go with it is a Marlin 1894 in .44 Mag. Why? Because I love loud noises and hard kicks! <thumbsup> <lmao>
  17. We have one here too, about 10 miles south of town. I have a buddy that travels around troubleshooting them. He was over in Tom's neck of the woods a couple of years ago when that one crashed and sent me some pretty cool pics of the debris. The equipment pod landed in a guy's back yard and he didn't know what the hell it was. I told my buddy "I would've hauled that poop in my garage and ebayed it!" <lmao> <laughs>
  18. Toby is the shiznit! <thumbsup>
  19. Tom, it's his book! <lmao> I got it for him for Christmas and he left it here, didn't figure he would have time to read it at MCT. It's definitely worth picking up. I'm going to make sure he reads it when he has the chance, it will certainly give him a heads up.
  20. What an idiot! Guess you don't have to have any common sense to be an ATF Agent.
  21. Glad to hear that! My older son, who is a Border Patrol Agent, called yesterday and said a dealer was offering a group buy to BP guys for $856. Jesse asked me if it was a good price and I told him he couldn't go wrong with that, so he put in for one. It will be interesting to see how long it takes for him to get it. The way he talked it was only going to be a couple of weeks! <dontknow>
  22. Wet tumbling seems to be getting more and more popular with high volume shooters!
  23. Seems like people have more problems with the priming system on the RL650 than they do with the RL550. I've never used an RL650 so I can't really say anything about them, but I sure do like my RL550. I've been loading on it for close to 20 years now and I don't feel any need to upgrade.
  24. Any of you guys read Dakota Meyer's book Into the Fire? I just finished it and it was a great read with a lot of insight to what our troops are dealing with every day in the Middle East. That battle was intense and the way it was handled by the CO's in charge was really fucked up!
