IMHO it is worth checking it with at least the ejector removed, it puts a good deal of pressure on the gauge and could cause a false reading. I was taught to remove both ejector and extractor when checking headspace, so far that has worked well for me.

I gather you did not remove the ejector or extractor to check headspace?

Can’t tell for sure from the pictures, is it hanging up on the feed ramps, catching on the extension lugs? Could be the extra pressure from the magazine spring when loaded up is keeping the nose from coming up a little and clearing the lugs, could be a tolerance issue between upper and lower adding to the issue. I have seen something that looked like that in an AR-15 build , a little smoothing around the ramps solved it.

Messed with it a little several years ago. I did see a benefit on cleaning, hardly any fouling. I don’t have a chrono so can’t comment on that part. The stuff is nasty to work with, don’t spill on the floor, schit is like ice and hard to clean up. I may try it again if I ever get back to reloading again.

Big difference between the tech giants and the government, we give tech permission to do it when we click accept, we have expressly forbidden our government from spying on us without cause. Question is are the tech companies really separate from the government? So far it sounds like our brothers in NZ are hanging tough, very few turning anything in, dangerous game of chicken that we can only hope they win.
