Aww....C'mon. I routinely bounce my 10's around in soft cases. They're battle rifles for crying out loud. Hell. I rattled my MRAD across country in a soft case. Though it wasn't soft once I jammed that big bastard in there. It was just a standard rifle length soft case.

Well, that might be part of it. The other part being stupid.

Hey, I thought that I had told Blue to go Fuk himself in a very respectful manner. A lot of us guys have become more than just names in the forum. We've had various meet-ups that give you the chance to put a face to the name. A lot have exchanged phone numbers and talk with each other frequently. And no matter what the level of ball busting that is seen around here, there is always a level of respect that all of the regulars have for each other. Hell, it even looks like it gets heated up between guys at times. But it's almost always (in the end) just two guys approaching a subject with different opinions or viewpoints, and holding a civil conversation about it (whatever topic that "IT" is). Blue is one of the guys around here that I haven't met face to face yet. But I look forward to hooking up one day and bullshitting over a beer. And THEN.........I'll be able to tell him to go Fuk himself in person.

To start off..........Fuk you Blue! Now, that being said. Mirza: What i have: Chainsaw Noveske Stripped N6 Upper Receiver *Armalite Compatible* AR10A lower (Accepts non proprietary mags) I'm not even sure if that lower will fit that upper. The Armalite "A" pattern is a new animal to me. I know that Noveske used to build their equipment off of the Armalite "B" pattern, but I'm not sure if the "A" pattern will match up. 2.) IF they are not compatible (Novske rep. said that this was for the B style rifle) what can i do to make it compatible? ( i was told a small piece of the upper would need to be machined off to work with the A style lower). You're done right there. They said that it was compatible with the "B" pattern. That's for us older Armalite guys. Us dinosaurs of the "B" pattern are a slow breed to die. But Noveskse, from what I gather, is still staying true to the original "10B" pattern. That won't fit you're lower. 3.) What manufacturers are known to work with the AR10A lower? (I want something close as possible to an Armalite upper fit) I'd stick with an Armalite "newer" upper in this case. Just make sure, through Armalite, that it works with your "10A" lower. Probably best to call them. That being said. Noveske makes REALLY nice stuff. I use their barrels in a lot of my builds. Including their SBR N6 Leonidas barrel. IT KICKS ASS!
