In 8th grade I was punch in the sternum, I'm pretty sure that was what happened, it was like a cinder block on my chest. Ribs still sucked more mine were cracked, over the handle bars in a dirt bike. Couldn't put my hand over my head and sneezing was near death, I don't remember the sternum as much but that shit was painful too
