Reverse seared a center cut loin chop, 200° for 40-45 min then seared each side for about 2.5 min at 450°. Turned out tender and juicy.

Came today, panel is alittle bigger than I thought, but it’s light weight, and comes with fold out stands. Also has a wall charger and car adaptor, looking at the amount of charges it’ll do in the devices I have charging it shouldn’t be a huge deal, But more is better right?! And options are always good, it came right from jackery, communication and shipping was great, I can’t wait to use it!!

I’m saving this for a special occasion.
