Around here lids aren't to hard to find, we have jars and lids year round again, I keep a decent amount on hand along with extra jars. Cleaning out the freezer from the half beef I got with my parents last year. Lots of people learning that the old ways of doing things are better. Found a woman pressure canning ground beef on social media Gave that a try with some onion. Then an arm roast, round roast and rump roast. Did 4 pints with onion soup mix and 5 quarts of Mississippi pot roast. Also saw someone talk about canning water to fill space to keep your jars from rattling around then you can also have sterile water just incase, @Magwa you ever done that?
