No scope tap. Not brass. I made the deal with a navy vet for 400$ with insurance that he sells it back at the same price ! But he's family so I'm happy with the price because as stated before ammo is gone and he fell in love two years ago! He can enjoy shooting after slaving over the net or lgs for ammo or it would have lived a long boring life in the garage. Thanks for the info brothers!
