I have the Rainier ambi and love it. Well built and solid. Not as much slop as the factory handle.

I try to avoid paying more than 60% of new. Granted I have not bought any once fired brass for a while.

First off the bolt carrier assy is to dry. Second since its a new rifle I would contact the manuf and let them know what is going on. I have never had gas come out around my gas blocks like that. They will get you straight. Might need a new gas block. I'd contact the company and go from there.

With out the Second there are no others. If you can't defend it you won't have it.

I have the SSA in my 308 and 556 carbines. I have the SSA-E in my 20" AR. I like the SSA the best so far for all around use but have not had much time with the SSA-E yet so it's hard to compare. For target I'd go with the SSA-E for the lighter trigger pull.

When and if things get back to normal I will be getting another 10/22 and stocking up on mags for it. Along with the 308 pmags. Might even add a few 30 rd mag for the 556 too.

Seen the price on one some where. Was 5500.00 I think. This was last week so in light of current AR anything prices sounds pretty fair. Probably wanting 500 for a mag though. <lmao>

With those prices at least I wont have some wanna be sharp shooter hitting at 1000 yards and thinking he knows it all and is an expert. <thumbsup>

Most our snow melted during a warm up we had a week or so ago. What we did get blew to north dakota so that makes them the snow hogs. <thumbsup> Getting a break when I bead to Billings this weekend. Should be upper 30s. Hopin for low 40s and a new rifle. <laughs>

-25 with the wind chill yesterday. The company I sub out to wasn't going to let us go out. Said it wasmto cold and we might get frost bite. I think they brought a bunch of girls up from down south to work here. My company rep said we counld go just be careful. WTF. Three yeras ago I was out in -80 and most of the trucks were jelled up ( I run gassers). The only reason I had any problems was that we ain't used to it being that cold yet this year.
